THOMAS, Frank William December 28, 1939 - June 15, 2022
Frank’s family is sad to announce his death at home on June 15, 2022. Born in Ocean Falls BC, he grew up in Vancouver. Beginning at age 16, he worked 43 years in the tugboat industry for Viking Tug and Riv-Tow Straits. What Frank enjoyed most was attending his grandchildren’s sports, spending time with family and friends, playing card and board games, reading a good book, and working in his garden. He is survived by his wife, Carolyne, daughter, Christine, son Rob, and grandchildren - Jessica, Matthew, Steven and Emily. The twinkle in his eyes, the smile on his face and a joke at the ready, are sorely missed. A Life Celebration for Frank will take place on Saturday, July 23, 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., at Valley View Arbor Reception Lounge, 14660 - 72 Ave, Surrey BC.
