BISHOP Capt. Stanley Oliver passed away suddenly in Alert Bay, BC on September 18, 2004. Survived by his sister Adelia Sparks; son Joe; daughters, Catherine (Gary) and Susan (Dave); grandchildren, Carter and Laura, and his best friend and constant companion “Bella”. At an early age Stan began travelling the world and working at sea. He became a Master Mariner, public health inspector and farmer and enjoyed gardening and fishing. Stan was always broadening his horizons and searching for the perfect place to settle down. Rest in Peace Dad
