CAPTAIN CHERRY _ Wes (Ringo) February 14, 1943 - March 4, 2005. Passed away after a long courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis. Wes was predeceased by his parents Harvey and Dorothy Cherry and brothers Bill and Tom. Wes leaves to mourn his brother Jim (Jeannine) and sister Della McGaw (Richard); nieces Michelle (John), Lorna, Danielle (Mike) and nephew Rick; three great-nephews and one great-niece and many friends. The family would like to thank Dr. Tim Phillips and the wonderful staff of the Extended Care South at Penticton Regional Hospital for their loving care of and friendship to Wes. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the MS Society of Canada. A celebration of Wes’s life will be held at the Boal Chapel, 1505 Lillooet Road at 2pm, Sat.,March 26.
