Capt. Norm Cartwright Sept. 4, 1942 - June 27, 2017 Passed away peacefully after a short bout with cancer. Survived by wife Eleanor(Elly), daughters Debbie(Greg) Parksville, and Julie Kelowna. 3 loving grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Numerous other family members. No service by request. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
