CATES _ Capt. James Andrew, age 69, passed away peacefully on September 3, 2004. He was predeceased by his father Jim, mother Helen and brother Charles. Jim is survived by his wife Brenda, son Doug (Rhonda), daughter Teresa (Ralph) Cavanaugh, son Richard and sister Sylvia (Robin) Heiliger; grandchildren Tammy (Dwayne), Jamie, Landon, Suzanne, Cheryl (Jim), Dayle; 3 great grandchildren; step grandchildren Shana (Geof), Amber (Casey), Roddy; 2 step great grandchildren. He will also be missed by his aunts, Jenny Wilson, Bernice Hall, Marguerite McBain, Pearl Johnson and Tress McManus, as well as many in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. A Celebration of Jim’s life will be held at St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church, 220 West 8th Street, North Vancouver, BC on Friday September 10, 2004 at 1:00 p.m., internment to follow at North Vancouver Cemetery.
