CAPADOUCA, Captain Anthony (Tony/Sonny)October 1, 1941 - January 9, 2010 Suddenly, after a courageous battle with cancer, Tony passed away peacefully with his family at his side. Tony was the eldest of 9 children. Predeceased by father Tolia, mother Rose and brother Phillip. He is survived by his wife Vivian, sons Mark (Tracey), Chris (Paula) and Mike (Kari), stepdaughters Sherrie (Wayne), Lona and Stephanie (Scott), grandchildren Brent, Andrea, Jared, Ethan, Ryan, Adam, Jason (Krystal), Selena (Sean), Candice, Brianna, Colton and Charles, great-grandchildren Lily and Ameira, brothers Angelo (Gail), Andy (Carole), Kenneth (April), Steve, Nick (Hilda), Tim (Leslie) and sister Rose (Russ). Captain of many vessels, Tony spent his entire life on the water and the BC Coast. Tony was one of the youngest Captains in BC. He was a member of the BC Coast Pilots Ltd from May 1987 until he retired in March 2009. Tony will be sadly missed by his family and his many, many dear friends. There will be no Funeral Service at his request. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2010 from 1-4 pm at 21330 56th Avenue, Langley, BC (Bldg No. 41 Langley Airport.)
