VINCE Donald Gordon November 20, 1946 - June 3, 2009 Our loving son, husband, father and “papa” unexpectedly slipped away peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his Dad, Gordon Campbell and survived by his Mother, Trudy; his wife, Susan; his son, Andrew; his daughter Liz (Ray) and his beloved grandsons Aiden and Jack and his feline companions Mousse and Cyrus Jane. His inherited love of the sea led to careers mostly associated with the ocean, culminating with Seaspan where he was currently employed. Many thanks to all the medical professionals at the various hospitals we had occasion to visit over the last five months. A memorial service will be held at the North Lonsdale United Church, 3380 Lonsdale Avenue (on the corner of Lonsdale and Osbourn), North Vancouver on Thursday, June 11, 2009 at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
