TUCKLER Andrew. Born in Sventoje, Lithuania on August 8th, 1929, passed away peacefully at his West Vancouver residence on March 21st, 2004, after several years of failing health. Andy was very well known in West Vancouver where he had lived since emigrating to Canada in 1953. He was especially well known in the Marine field, having worked on the West Coast and Alaska on tugs, fish boats and ferries in the capacity of Marine Engineer, rising to the position of Chief Engineer before his retirement. Through all the health challenges Andy faced, he never lost his unique sense of humour and his memory will forever last in the hearts of his friends. At Andy’s request a few of his friends will scatter his ashes in the waters of Mariner’s Rest. Happy Sailing Andy
